Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Spring Clinic
In the event of a canceled or interrupted season, refunds or credits will be issued appropriately. Any family or player that chooses to leave voluntarily, there is a no refund policy club wide. Player Accounts will be charged $25.00 for any declined card, $35 for a returned check, or $35 late fee for any missed payment not paid by the 15th of the month Completing registration indicates that I have read through the Spring Clinic information and that I agree to be responsible for the Spring Player Fees in full. I further understand that if my child is suspended from or removed from play or practices for any reason (including reasons of voluntary relocation to another club, injury, academic performance, discontentment or disciplinary reasons from the coaching staff) that I am still responsible for full payment of the Spring Player Fees unless specifically exempted, in writing, by the Fresno Junior Hockey Club. I understand that any unpaid hockey fees at the end of the season will be submitted to a collection agency and the player will be placed on the CAHA delinquency list.

Make up will not be offered for missing a single sessions/drop in practice. Learn To Play
There is no refund after the start of the first practice of the session. Refund requests before the start of the session will be addressed on a case by case basis. Please email info@fresnoyouthhockey.com if you have any questions
